    1 audio cassette containing two recorded interviews and 1 seven-page manuscript written by Luc A. Marquis entitled “Maine History – Lumbering” submitted for a course at the University of Maine at Fort Kent in Fall 1981. Marquis interviewed two former lumbermen, Mr. Daigle (age 92) and Mr. Robichaud (age 85). The two interviewees describe their work in the woods and at the lumber camps. The included manuscript is a report on the history of logging from pre-colonial years to the present and includes material from the interview.
